I had a great customer service representative Anna and a great technician visit from Mark. All around a very pleasant experience and my issue was fixed in less then a hour and a half from first call to tech packing up.
Culligan workers and service providers have been wonderful and these products are great. Anytime I’ve ever had to call to change delivery, they always been polite and helpful.
